EXERCISING: Every day
WAKING UP: 8am
DIET:
No red meat
No Soda/Koolaid/Juice
No sweets
No junk food
Little-to-no Starch
Little-to-no Diary
Low Sodium


I'm shooting to be around the same size as Jordan Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, or American Ferrera

  1. Bri, I weigh 160. I'd bet those women are closer to 180 or 190. Especially for your height and build that's probably a better goal. :)

  2. Annie! You seem to be quite right. I haven't been thin is so long that I have no sense of weight variations.

    So 180 is my new goal. Which knocks of 20 pounds: yay!

  3. Yup! It's definitely helpful to have realistic, achievable goals so you don't get discouraged!
